Bill Scullion

Bill Scullion is the Founder and Owner of Tokyo Greenwich Partners USA, LLC.  He has over 30 years of financial control experience with Citigroup in Asia and the U.S.  Most recently he lived in Tokyo for 10 years, where he was Citibank Japan financial controller, CFO of an Asia regional asset management firm, and CFO of a top 5 Japanese consumer finance firm.  Before moving to Japan he was CFO of a broker dealer with sales offices across the U.S.  He is experienced in process re-engineering, business restructuring, and process development for start-ups.  He was a member of the boards of directors of 2 Japanese firms.

Bill graduated with distinction from New York University with an MBA in finance and international business.
